1.This site is driven by a dedication to promote Philippine Stock Market investing awareness to the public, be it in chart data or daily/weekly outlook/analysis.

2.While the editors admit holding stock positions of some of the stocks mentioned,   rest assured that personal bias would not influence us to create news when there is none.

3.I believe any (unintentional) biased comments made in this website or any other website, for that matter, would be inconsequential to actual market movements.   Seasoned players know for a fact that market forces are stronger than any single entity, be it insiders, speculators, or just a simple webpage.

4.This site will NEVER be a mindless daily rundown of market numbers translated into words: e.g.: "the index closed today by 70 points led by blue chips...losers outnumber gainers..... top 10 issues are.blah blah blah".   You don't have to log on to a website to get that, you could get that in television or the dailies.

5.There is no definite day for updates on the market outlook/analysis, as I sometimes feel there is nothing new to talk about.  However, I may update even twice a week, depending on market developments.  Market commentaries are now done at our forum.

6.Any comments made within this site regarding stock market movements is not intended to be a solicitation to buy or sell.  Please consult your professional/licensed stock-broker before making any decision.  In the end, you, not this site, not your stock-broker, will be the ultimate decision maker.

7.Regarding the live data charts of phi, nasdaq, gold, dow, etc., these are not mine and are links from their respective owners: bloomberg.com, quote.yahoo.com, and usatoday.com.
